Our Mission
Enter into this mission of mercy with us. The Rosary is one of the most powerful weapons we’ve been given, and Our Lady desires to pour out unfathomable graces upon those for whom we pray. In any state of life, from any place, you have the beautiful ability and opportunity to offer intercession for those who may not be able to pray for themselves.
As you pray through all twenty decades of the Rosary, you will offer a Hail Mary for each one of the 197 countries of the world. In doing this, you will unite yourself to Christ through the gift of intercessory prayer. His love for his children is indescribable. To look upon the world through His eyes and seek to comfort His children is an amazing form of prayer. If you have never prayed this way before, try it. God longs to use us to enact His plan of mercy for the world – He longs to use your prayers.
The mission of the World Peace Rosary goes even further. Our Lady appeared at Fatima to ask that we pray the rosary for peace in the world. With every country we call to mind, we can implore the Blessed Virgin to intercede for its people, to bring peace to every corner of the world. Our Lord appeared to St. Faustina and gave her another inspiring instrument of healing – the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
In addition to the World Peace Rosary, or in its place, you can pray the Chaplet with the same intentions: for peace throughout the world, for mercy for all souls, for a Eucharistic Revival, for the protection of all children, and for faithful responses to vocations. Instead of naming each country individually, intercede for one continent at a time as you pray each decade.
As you commit to praying this World Peace Rosary or the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily, or as often as you are able, know that you are joining a community of prayers that is larger than perhaps any of us can imagine. You will be praying alongside Catholics around the world, and the power of such united prayer is astounding. “for where two or more are gathered together in my name, i am there among them” (Matthew 18:20).
